At Hyatt Regency Perth we take pride in offering an extensive variety of set and buffet menus that satisfy even the most discerning of tastes and pride ourselves in the ability to serve restaurant quality food on a large scale.
With 59 award-winning chefs from 17 different countries around the world Hyatt is able to develop authentic concept menus for clients. Banquet menus are also continuously updated with innovation and imagination, taking into consideration multicultural tastes, dietary requirements and themes.
Interactive menus
Menus are designed to serve a range of imaginative and sociable dishes to encourage interaction between guests, creating a memorable experience.
- Favourites include the "Étagère" Entrée, a three tiered stand featuring three different entrée dishes.
- Mezze Desserts, three or four desserts are presented on a rectangular plate for each person.
- Shooter Desserts, five different desserts such as sorbets, crème bruleés, pana cotta, or mousses served in individual shooter glasses and presented on a slim oblong dish for each person.
- The Shooter Exchange promotes interaction with each guest being served five of the same shooter desserts, which they may exchange with other guests.
- Themed buffet and live cooking stations showcase 'The Best of the West' cuisine.
